first, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many talents.for example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big powers.if they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke us.however, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our
country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games......

The U.S. Air Force Pararescue Jumper was founded in 1942. Pararescuemen task with recovery and medical treatment of personnel in humanitarian and combat environments. Their motto, "That Others May Live," reaffirms the PJ's commitment to save lives and self-sacrifice.
They had played a great role in many rescue missions, which makes difficult tasks become easier. Over the years, they have achieved many honors from the U.S. government. Why are there so many achievements? In my opinion, there are two reasons. On the one hand, they are brave; on the other hand, their equipment is advanced.
Today I will focus on introducing their equipments.
Firstly, I will introduce the helmet to you. Pararescuemen have three types of helmets. This picture shows us MICH20__. This is MICH20__. This is MICH20__.
The next part is about the Combat dress. Here I will mainly show you some pictures of Pararescuemen wearing PCU and FORG. This is the first picture about Pararescuemen who wear PCU in the jump training. This is

Then, I will introduce the FOOTWEAR. It is the new development of Belleville 600. It’s danner. It’s PJ members wearing ASOLO FSN 95.
After we knew the helmet and shoes, the FOOTWEAR BODY ARMOR and VEST are also very important for Pararescuemen.

Like any natural force, gravity pull can work with us or against us. The gravity pull of some of our habits may currently be keeping us from going where we want to go. It is a powerful force, and if we use it effectively, we can use the gravity pull of habit to create the cohesiveness and order necessary to establish effectiveness in our lives.

教学楼的旁边有一个美丽的大花坛。远望花坛，花坛里有五颜六色的花，有红梅，有菊花，有冬青……花坛里的花可真好看呀！像一幅美丽的。图画，使人耳目一新，微风吹过来，花朵频频点头，就好像在向我们招手敬礼，点头致意，仿佛在说：“同学们，你们好啊！”花坛里的花真香啊！在远处就能闻到扑鼻而来的花香，使人心旷神怡。离开花坛向前直走，就来到了操场，操场很大，很平坦，东边还有一排柳树，春天，柳树发芽了，点点的嫩绿，让人闻到了春天的气息；夏天，同学们玩耍过后，就可以到柳树下乘凉；秋天，叶子黄了，一片一片落下的时候，像蝴蝶一样飞舞，仿佛告诉我们，冬天就快来了；到了冬天，白雪覆盖着整个柳树，它却不畏严寒，依然像战士一样挺立在那里，保卫着我们的校园。操场北边是健身器材，有单双杠，还有乒乓球案子，中间是塑胶跑道，里面是草坪，还有引人注目的旗杆，学校每周一都要举行升旗仪式，每次听着国歌，看着缓缓升起的国旗，我就会暗暗下定决心要好好学习，长大做一个对社会有用的人。

It seems to me a very difficult thing to put into words the beliefs we hold and what they make you do in your life. I think I was fortunate because I grew up in a family where there was a very deep religious feeling. I don’t think it was spoken of a great deal. It was more or less taken for granted that everybody held certain beliefs and needed certain reinforcements of their own strength and that came through your belief in God and your knowledge of prayer.
But as I grew older I questioned a great many of the things that I knew very well my grandmother who had brought me up had taken for granted. And I think I might have been quite a difficult person to live with if it hadn’t been for the fact that my husband once said it didn’t do you any harm to learn those things, so why not let your children learn them? When they grow up they’ll think things out for themselves.And that gave me a feeling that perhaps that’s what we all must do—think out for ourselves what we could believe and how we could live by it. And so I came to the conclusion that you had to use this life to develop the very best that you could develop.
I don’t know whether I believe in a future life. I believe that all that you go through here must have some value, therefore there must be some reason. And there must be some “going on”。 How exactly that happens I’ve never been able to decide. There is a future—that I’m sure of. But how, that I don’t know. And I came to feel that it didn’t really matter very much because whatever the future held you’d have to face it when you came to it, just as whatever life holds you have to face it in exactly the same way. And the important thing was that you never let down doing the best that you were able to do—it might be poor because you might not have very much within you to give, or to help other people with, or to live your life with. But as long as you did the very best that you were able to do, then that was what you were put here to do and that was what you were accomplishing by being here.And so I have tried to follow that out—and not to worry about the future or what was going to happen. I think I am pretty much of a fatalist. You have to accept whatever comes and the only important thing is that you meet it with courage and with the best that you have to give.

spring festival spring festival is the chinese new year day. i enjoy it very much. on the chinese new year day, some of our relatives come to visit us. they often give me some lucky money. then i would play with their children. we often play firecrakers together, which is quite interesting. at night the whole family would sit together, talking and watching tv programmes. sometimes we take pictures of the whole family members in the house. i often go to bed late during the holiday, but i dont feel fired at all. i think the spring festival is the most enjoyable day for every family in china.

i never forget last year’s school sports meeting. 1500-meter race was one of the most exciting. before the race, my best friend xiaoshan had a goal to be no. 1. as a matter a fact, she is not so strong, but she is a sunny girl. she is active and likes doing sports. what’s more, she tries her best to achieve the goal, but i wonder if she is able to be the champion. there were eight players in the race. on the first lap, she was in the sixth place; on the second lap, the took the fourth place, she went on running and she ran toward her goal, the goal in her mind, look! on the last lap, she was the first to pass the finishing line, she was the winner. oh, great! she made it! congratulations!
at that time, i knew a goal was so necessary and important. i made a decision : “i want to take part in the english speaking competition held in my school. what’s more, i will try my best to be no.1 in the competition as my best friend xiaoshan did in sports meet. ” i am sure of it. i still remembered what my english teacher said to us. he said :“if anyone took the first place in our school english speaking competition, he or she will be chose to take the competition held in jinjiang. it’s a great honor!”
though i can do well in my english written exams, however, to be honest, i am a little afraid to speak english in public. my english teacher often encourages me: “raoning, your voice sounds so beautiful, be brave, you will succeed.” from then on, i kept a goal in mind. i said to myself aloud: stick to your goal and you will win. and then i try my best to improve my oral english and dare to speak either in class or after class. at last, i took part in the competition and became no. 1. i am chose to take part in the next year’s english speaking competition held in jinjiang. i said to myself aloud again: come on! you will win.

No matter great people or normal people, they all have temper. They will get angry if they feel humiliated, which is understandable. But have we thought og whether our over-extreme words will hurt others? For most of the circumstances, people dont have too many conflicts with each other, most of the argues occur just because both sides wont give in.
People all care about their self-respect, especially Chinese. Self-respect is abstract and unpredictable, but is the tinniest standard in Chinese social interactions. When we say respect others, we mean not to hurt others self-respect. Respect gives people power and honor. It lives among us though we cant see or hear.
The most impolite thing is to disrespect somebody. They might hate you for a lifetime for this. Learning to respect others is not easy. First, we should show respect form the bottom of our heart without making others think were superficial. Second, every little action, every small expression might hurt people.I remember a few friends of mine lost their opportunity just because of some small mistakes. For example, if a student asks a teacher a question and the teacher replies that its easy. The student might feel humiliated and wont ask the teacher again. He might even lost the excitment to learn.
The different backgrounds we have result in our different values. So nobody has the right to force others to accept their ideas. So we have to be tolerant. As long as he or she doesnt violate your basic regulation, why not treat it in a tolerant way? Even if they have made you unhappy, just let it gone with the wind.
To be tolerant, you can;t speak extreme words. You might get in trouble just because of some words you think can bring you temporary pleasure. Even if youre criticizing people, you should try to be mild.
Tolstoy is a great author. But his life is a tragedy, mostly resulted from his marriage. His wifes ever-lasting complain had put him to death.
