仅仅具有高深的专业知识，不一定成为一名优秀的教师，还必须具有一定的教学技能。因此，在教育教学的同时，我一直坚持理论和业务学习。我反复学习过《英语教学法》一书，我曾经阅读过苏霍姆林斯基的多部教育专著。我还学习了洋思中学的教学模式，以及杜郎口教学模式，吸取他们教学方法中的精华，提升自己的教学水平。另外我还自己订阅了《中小学英语教学与研究》、《中小学外语教学》、《英语试题研究》、《学生英语报》等教学刊物。我坚持自学，并做了大量的读书笔记。通过学习，我掌握了大量先进的教育教学理论，专业知识也得到了应有的提升，教学基本功不断得到加强。20xx年，我参加“国家基础教育试验中心外语教育研究中心”组织的“首届全国中学英语教师教学技能大赛”荣获国家级三等奖。20xx年，参加比赛，再次获得三等奖。

从我出生到现在的十三年里，我写过许多优美的作文，但基本上都是在写别人，很少写自己。今天，我就来说说自己是怎样的一个人。

我让人第一眼看上去就是一个十分可爱的人，圆圆的脸庞，小小的嘴巴，高高的鼻梁，明亮的眼睛，戴着一副蓝色的眼睛，淡淡的眉毛，飘逸的头发随风飞扬，特别是我左脸的两颗一大一小的痣，更是把我的脸衬托得更加匀称，显得饱满又不肥胖，左右两边的耳垂有点弯曲，就像弥勒佛的两个大耳朵。我的身高虽然只有1。56米，但体重却在80斤以上，让人感觉十分胖。

我的爱好很广泛，比如象棋、围棋、拼图、航模等，我最喜欢的是象棋，我觉得象棋不仅能让人静下心来，还能陶冶人的情操。我从五岁跟爸爸下象棋，开始我总是输，但经过我的勤学苦练，现在我认识的人没有一个能下过我了，每当我赢了爸爸，我就十分开心，不仅手舞足蹈，还会忍不住唱起歌来。我第二喜欢的是航模，我从小动手能力就很强，买来的航模不看说明书也能做出来，即使做不出来，我只要看一遍说明书就能拼好。

我还是一个善良的人，在路上遇到了一些乞讨的乞丐，我总是会恭谨得放上几个硬币，但遇上那些“手脚健全”的乞讨者，我却会视而不见。我人缘也十分好，遇上了新的朋友，我总是会在短时间内和他成为好朋友。

这就是我，一个可爱、爱好象棋、爱好航模的阳光少年，而且还是一个爱好写作文的书虫。我未来想做一个伟大的科学家，发明更多对人有益的东西，争取做世界上第二个爱迪生。
