三、努力做一个学习型、科研型的新型教师要想做一名优秀的教师，必须是一名爱学习、肯钻研，并且是善于高教科研的教师。做一名学习型、科研型的新型教师一直是我追求的目标。也正是这一目标，激励着我在工作中不断学习、不断反思、不断研究。
