50多年前，申纪兰嫁到坐落在太行山脉一个峡谷中的西沟村。用她的话说，这里“山是石头山，沟是石头沟，没水光石头，谁干也发愁。”

当了村干部后，申纪兰带着乡亲天不亮就上山，天黑了才回家，在332个干石山坡上植树造林，在230多条荒沟中筑坝造地，种了20000亩松树，300亩果园，还有30000株核桃。近几年，她又带领大家先后建起硅铁厂、磁钢厂等10多个企业。

另外做好以会招商文章。详细推介了邹城市基本市情与发展优势、对外合作与发展重点以及对外合作优惠政策，利用多媒体向参会嘉宾进一步介绍了我市的投资优势和发展前景。尤其是做好以企招商文章。例如厦门招商月活动期间，邹城市三合玻璃厂、山东邹城市金科机电有限公司等企业的负责人分别与香港嘉鑫企业有限公司、厦门宝龙工贸有限公司直接开展对接洽谈，并达成合作协议。还要做好跟踪走访文章。进一步考察相关企业，开展对接洽谈。最后是严格督导调度。市外经贸局对各单位联系联络客商、项目对接洽谈及签约等情况进行了严格的督导、调度，并将工作进展情况及时汇总，做到活动进展日调度、工作开展日总结，发现问题及时上报带队领导，第一时间研究解决，保障了活动期间各项工作扎实有序地推进。

一个月的亲身体验中，我总结出了个人在以下几个方面的心得：
