那么，如何“严以律己”呢?我想，具体应从以下六个方面入手：

一要坚定理想信念。习总书记指出：理想信念就是共产党人精神上的“钙”，没有理想信念，理想信念不坚定，精神上就会“缺钙”，就会得“软骨病”。当前，党员干部队伍中存在的“四风”等问题，归根结底还是因为信念动摇、信仰缺失，一些同志平时不注意学习，不能严格要求自己，放松世界观改造，心里没有敬畏，行为没有底线。这些，都是与一名党员干部的身份格格不入的。从近年来媒体上查处曝光的一些案件看，一个人，如果理想信念不坚定，就会坐不正、行不直。所以，面对多元思想相互激荡、物质诱惑席卷而来的严峻考验，党员领导干部要把坚定理想信念作为终生必修课，作为定海神针，深入学习和系统掌握马克思主义基本理论，特别是系列重要讲话精神，认真践行社会主义核心价值观，进一步坚定中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。

二要锤炼政治品格。在古代，“忠”位居“忠孝仁义礼智信”之首，具体到我们党内，“忠诚”是党对党员的根本政治要求，更是党员干部必须具备的政治品格。习总书记指出：“全党同志要强化党的意识，牢记自己的第一身份是共产党员，第一职责是为党工作，做到忠诚于组织，任何时候都与党同心同德。”作为一名共产党员，必须时刻牢记自己是党的人，始终保持忠于党、忠于国家、忠于人民的政治品格。要忠贞不贰，自觉与党中央保持高度一致，做到认识上一致、思想上统一、政治上同心、情感上认同、行动上同步，确保政令畅通、令行禁止。要忠于职守，不搞“花架子”，全心全意为人民服务，诚心诚意为广大群众办实事、做好事、解难事，真正做到在党爱党、在党为党、在党忧党。

三要砥砺高尚情操。70多年前，毛泽东同志曾号召每个共产党人都应像国际共产主义战士白求恩那样，做“一个高尚的人，一个纯粹的人，一个有道德的人，一个脱离低级趣味的人，一个有益于人民的人。”然而，现实生活中，一些党员干部，被光怪陆离的“时尚思潮”遮住了双眼、扰乱了心智，对立身之本产生了认识偏差，让一些似是而非的东西占据了“本”的位置。我们要向身边的先进人物学习，正确对待名利地位，塑造高尚人格，追求高尚情操，树立正确政绩观、权力观、利益观，公道正派，勤恳为官，做到不仁之事不做，不义之财不取、不正之风不沾、不法之事不干，做到言行一致，表里如一，洁身自好，心存敬畏，不心存侥幸，不为物欲所惑，不为私心所扰，努力提升人生境界。

四要远离低级趣味。大量事实证明，低俗的情趣、奢靡的风气，极易销蚀一个人的理想、信念和进取心，使人变得精神空虚、意志消沉、思想颓废、生活腐败。党员领导干部的蜕化变质、腐化堕落，往往是从吃喝玩乐这些小处开始的，是从生活作风不检点、生活情趣不健康这些小节开始的，久而久之，就很难抵制住歪风邪气的侵袭，就很难做到清正廉洁。作为党员干部，一定要淡泊名利，增强定力，懂得坚守，不盲目攀比，不左顾右盼，耐得住寂寞、守得住清贫、抵得住诱惑、抗得住干扰、经得住考验。同时，还必须做到慎独慎微、一日三省，常修为政之德，常思贪欲之害，常怀律己之心，不断完善人品操行，追求高尚情操，守住做人的底线，守住政策的底线，守住纪律的底线，守住道德的底线，管住爱好、交往和亲属，远离不良欲望诱惑，远离低级趣味，始终保持共产党人的政治本色。

五要锻造优良作风。一是减少应酬，净化“三圈”，做到清廉自守。党员干部的自身形象不再是个人形象，一言一行一举一动，都关乎整个党员干部队伍的公信力。所以，务必要慎用手中的权力，在减少交际、应酬上带头做表率，带头自觉净化“生活圈、社交圈、娱乐圈”，耐得住寂寞。二是公道正派，摒弃贪念，自觉率先垂范。当今社会，物欲横流，金钱、美色，无处不在。党员干部务必要严以修身，做到时时自我反省体察，防止价值观扭曲，剔除心中的贪念，始终保持头脑清醒，坦坦荡荡做事，堂堂正正做人，清清白白从政，规规矩矩办事。三是牢记宗旨，以身作则，坚持执政为民。一份权力就是一份信任，一个职位就是一份责任。要消除不满足、攀比、从众、侥幸等心理，做到在其位、谋其政、尽其责，严于律已，勤奋工作，吃苦在前，享乐在后，服从大局，敢于担当，以优良的作风赢得广大群众的拥护和信赖，以对党和人民忠诚、对事业负责的实干精神，努力创造出一流的工作业绩。

六要加强纪律约束。所谓纪律约束，就是做事要有红线，有敬畏之心。党员干部特别是领导干部手中有一定权力，权力不见阳光就会滋生细菌，就会变质。一个人无论有多大权力，都不能忘乎所以，任何时候都不能搞特殊化。这就要求我们时时处处严格要求自己，自觉地遵守组织纪律、法律法规和社会公德，自觉接受党内监督、社会监督和群众监督，真正做到守纪律、讲规矩。在平时的工作、生活中，一定要管好自己、管住自己，慎言慎行，不说出格的话，不做出格的事，保证自己的一言一行符合身份、符合规定、符合法纪。要时时处处以党章为镜，用法规制度规范自己，用反面典型警示自己，自觉把权力关进制度的笼子里，把住第一次，守住第一关，做到台上、台下一个样，工作和业余时间一样，有监督和无监督一样。正如习主席指出的那样，“我们不舒服一点、不自在一点，老百姓的舒适度就好一点、满意度就高一点，对我们的感觉就好一点”，“政府过紧日子，群众才能过好日子”。

这一周，我们复习了第六单元统计和第七单元数学广角。

在一组数据中，出现次数最多的数，是这组数据的众数，众数能够反映一组数据的集中情况，一组数据中众数可能不止一个，有可能没有众数。

第二部分打电话有很多方法，最慢的方法是一个一个的通知，还有分组的方法。最快的方法是每个人都不休息，每个人都一起通知下面的人。

经过复习和做练习题，找次品时最好是把物品分成3份，不能平均时，只能相差1。

用天平称找次品时，知道所测物的数量时，还有只含有一个次品，知道次品比正品重或轻，有一个规律2至3个要称1次，4至9个要称2次，10至243个要 称5次。根据的规律是要的次数是几，就几个3相乘，这个数就是最多的所测物品。如果不知道次品比正品轻或重是，就要称很多次。

20__年9月30日早晨7点，川洋公司全体员工共计72人在池总的带领下，坐上了驶向雁荡山的客车，开始了全天难忘的雁荡山之旅。

抵达目的地后，一眼望去，千姿百态的山峰，摆出各种造型，向我们展示它的美。

正如沈括的一首《雁荡山诗词》所描写：“梦溪雁荡笔谈之，峡谷奇峰怪异姿。

带上想象力，继续向前走，看到山顶上有一座寺庙。

进了“观音洞”，大家都纷纷冲上去拜观音，希望能给家人带来平安。

接着又到小龙湫、卧龙谷，又印证了《雁荡山诗词》中：“巨石巍然生峭壁，龙湫秀美笑蛾眉”的景象。

接着最刺激的莫过于飞渡表演了，

2号下午共同抵达金峰峡谷进行漂流。

金峰峡谷漂流景区位于国家AAAAA级风景区千岛湖金峰乡朱峰源，是江南最具特色的峡谷漂流。

整个景区内可见处处山随水转，水绕山行，绿树成荫，蜂蝶相戏。

从漂流起点出发：穿越时光隧道的浪漫惬意，36米落差的飞瀑急流浪遏飞舟，沿林木成阴的水道跌宕起伏顺流直下，时而急流澎湃，飞艇冲浪;时而平缓如砥，泛艇戏水;无法言语的“刺激和释放的”感觉……各位同仁时而泛舟奋力前行，时

而驻足打起水仗，都沐浴在浪漫开心的山水之间!漂流结束后各位同仁回到酒店，共同合影以做纪念。

3日上午，大家共同坐上游船，前往千岛湖海拔最高的岛屿梅峰观岛。

梅峰观岛位于千岛湖中心湖区西端的状元半岛上，它以群岛星罗棋布、港湾纵横交错、生态环境绝佳而被确定为千岛湖的一级景点。

登上梅峰观景台，可以纵览300余座大小岛屿，是目前千岛湖登高揽胜的最佳处。

“不上梅峰观群岛，不识千岛真面目”，这是到过梅峰的中外游客对其群岛风光的一致赞誉。

之后大家共同前往蛇岛，先前往表演场地观看泰国红艺人表演、人蛇共舞等精彩节目后在岛上游览参观。

蛇岛原名五龙岛、岛上有四个蛇池。

蛇池内有水池、喷泉、土丘、灌木丛、洞穴、冬眠室等，放养了十几个品种的二三百条蛇，盘缠在草丛和树上的蛇群，有的争食斗殴，有的昂头吐信，使游人惊叹不已。

中午在游轮上共进午餐，大家在游赏湖光山色的同时彼此交流心得，增进感情，这次旅行给每个人留下的印象都十分深刻。

它让大家体会到了工作之外的那份亲情和感动，体会到大家是一个融洽的团队，体会到万千是一个温暖的大家庭，更让大家体会到公司组织这次旅行的良苦用心。

下午乘坐客车回到公司，千岛湖之旅结束了，仔细回味这段旅行的同时，又要开始筹备新一轮的工作。

相信每个人都会以更充沛的精力，更高涨的热情投入到工作当中。
